What makes you think it has more users ?
It brings interest among the programming community, I can't tell that there are more users.

i meant has more user in the development comunity or developers, i mean wich has more people using it at the developer level

There are a few Ajax Toolkits that have been around for a while and are good choices in case you are looking at using Ajax techniques for your application.
