Hi,

I am willing to learn JSF. I was trying to run JSFLogin example given in JavaRanch.
When I was trying to run JSP, I got the following error: JspTranslate: File "http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" not found.

I think this is because two html_basic.tld and jsf_core.tld files are not present in classpath.

1. I have included jsf_impl.jar file in the class path since it is required. It did not work.

2. I tried putting WEB-INF/html_basic.tld and WEB-INF/jsf_core.tld

None of these tricks work. Can anyone help?

Thanks a ton in advance.

post more details like

what libraries you have in WEB-INF/lib folder?
and web.xml? Faces servlet mapping?
