Hi,
I'm converting a Struts application to JSF.I'm a beginner in JSF.Looking into the implementation of the tag <logic:empty> and other logic tags in JSF now.how do i do the equivalent implementation in JSF.
Can i have methods in the managed bean for the same like isEmpty() ? but for <logic:iterate>, how do we do that?
Please help!
Thanks in advance ,
Divya

I think isEmpty would probably be a JRE construct, but I can't think of a good example right now. I know that I find it generally better to code a boolean property in the backing bean and supply it to JSF attributes than to fight with expressions on the JSP itself.

The classic logic:iterate Struts tag is normally used to walk through a table. JSF prefers to avoid explict logic tags. So instead you'd just code a datatable JSF tag and the iteration would be implied because you're displaying a table.
