This week's book giveaway is in the Testing forum. We're giving away four copies of The Way of the Web Tester: A Beginner's Guide to Automating Tests and have Jonathan Rasmusson on-line! See this thread for details.
I'm new to jsf. I'm using a datatable. At the top there are 3 buttons (new, change and delete). In the beginning only the new button is enabled.
It works fine. When I select an item in a column with a commandLink the row is selected and the data are displayed in a new page. What I want now, is to select a row of a datatable without being linked to another page. I just want to click on a row so that it becomes the current row and so that the change and delete buttons become enabled and the new button disabled. And so that afterwards I can choose what to do with the row. Change or delete. A double click on a row must have the same effect as click on row + change button.
