There are considerable companies building JSF components. some of them are open source and others are not. We are currently working on JSF using myfaces. As we see there are companies like Infragiscits/jcape/rich faces where the rich Ajax components which are nice and beautiful. We were wondering if we can pick these components. Can any one suggest which JSF implentation is widely used ? If so what is people's choice ?

Another choice would be Icefaces. They've released some pretty nice components and IceFaces was recently open-sourced.
