Can anybody tell me how or where to find auto complete example which does not use Ajax cos i'm having problems with Ajax, the code is correct and everthing but there's no data rendered, tried using sandbox but no luck.

The closest thing to "auto-complete" that you'll find without AJAX is the data cache that some browsers keep, and that simply remembers what was entered in the field on previous occasions.

JSF generates HTML and there's no such thing as an auto-complete HTML control. To make an HTML control auto-complete requires some help from JavaScript, and that usually means AJAX.

AJAX tag support isn't part of the basic JSF package, so I have to assume you're using one of the add-on tagsets. Which one, I don't know.

So the answer is probably that you'll need to consult that particular tag set's documentation to see what it requires.
