Hello,

how can I assign the value given in a selectBooleanCheckbox to my List?

When the User clicks the checkbox, than (after pushing a button) the value "hello" is assigned to the List "myList". But it does not work!! Should I use binding or something else???

I have to use a list to assign the value when the User clicks the Checkbox. I do not want to use the normal getter/setter for this attribute.

I tried it this way:

<h:selectBooleanCheckbox>
<f:param name="bean.selected" value="test"/>
</h:selectBooleanCheckbox>

but it does not work! the Map is empty.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
