I keep getting the message:

"Malformed end tag at line xyz; skipping parsing"

where xyz is a line number that doesn't correspond to anything. The log entry also says:

and is flagged as severe, but it doesn't seem to affect my code. I think I may have read somewhere that this is a bug with Tomahauk. Can someone kindly confirm this, or otherwise suggest what can be done. I have several jar files, including tomahawk-1.1.6.jar.

Currently I'm developing my code on a laptop with Glassfish installed, but when the code is deployed on another server, for some reason the next page won't load according to the faces-config.xml file, even though the code is identical on my laptop, except for some trivial changes specifying the paths to read or write data. Specifically, I have in faces-config.xml the following code:

In fact I navigate from index.jsp to login.jsp using window.location.href with JavaScript, but when I try to navigate to option1.jsp or option2.jsp using the string returned from my action, the browser goes to:

and generates a 404 error. This applies both on the server itself and from another computer, but it works OK on the laptop where I'm developing the code. It may have something to do with file permissions. On failure I get the following error in my log:

Message ID com.sun.webui.jsf.component.DropDown

The current value of component propertyForm:propertyContentPage:propertySheet:propertSectionTextField:instanceNameProp:logFile does not match any of the selections. Did you forget to reset the value after changing options?

What on earth does all this mean? I presume this has nothing to do with the first error mentioned at the beginning.

I would be most grateful for some help.
