As I understand, WebSphere Application Server 6.1 comes with Servlet 2.4, JSP 2.0, JRE 5.0.

Does that limit me to using JSF 1.1 in WebSphere App Server 6.1?

Bad news. It does not look so which is BS since there are lotta defects in 1.1.

If you use Facelets instead of JSP as view technology, you can run JSF 1.2 at Servlet 2.4.
