I have customer tag library included in jsp page
and the tag is <oac:serverInfo/>.

I have included JAR for this tag to WEB-INF/lib folder.
This path is already in the classpath. Still application
is giving error follwing error while running the application.

JSPG0046E: Unable to locate tagfile for tag <serverInfo>

I am using RAD 7.0 to build the application.

Did you make a tld file and put it in the JAR's META-INF directory? Did you add the <%@ taglib definition at the top of the JSP using the tag?

Please don't make people pull hen's teeth to try and help you.

Show us the TLD file. Show us the taglib declaration. The harder you make it for people to help you, the less help you'll get.

P.S. Be sure to use UBB code tags when posting code to the forums.

As this is in a JSF page rather than JSP page, moving to the appropriate forum.
