Hibernate error-Cannot open connection

Hi,

When i am trying to run my J2EE application with oracle as the backend i am getting the following error-

Hibernate can't get open a connection to your DB. Make sure you've correctly defined the DB stuff for Hibernate, and that the Oracle users has enough permissions to connect.
