The free tool MigrateMSAccess at http://akcess.in/MigrateMSAccess.html supports Oracle and SQL server as target database to migrate from MS-Access.

Free tool DBMigration at http://akcess.in/DBMigration.html supports Oracle, SQL server, MySQL and PostgreSql as source and target database.

It generates data definition script, which contains statements for the primary key, foreign key and indexes apart from the drop table and Create table statements apart from generating DML statements for data insertion, data files and other supporting files for migration.

Regards,
Mishra.

Another solution is to export the Access data into a delimited text file and use sqlldr for loading it into Oracle. You would need to set up the database table structures first.
