Hi Chris,

Why to go for POJO's ?
How it will give the differnece in the working environment?
How it is differing from the struts?

Is the Java Beans are sub set of POJO's???

What are advantages of POJOs tecnically and regarding business oriented?

Need some clear idea with examples..

Uma,

Quite a lot of these questions have been addressed already:
* For a description of POJOs and their benefits see: http://www.coderanch.com/t/216003/ORM/java/Chris-Richardson-do-you-call
* See also: http://www.javaranch.com
* You could also checkout the sample chapters - especially chapter 1 - and look at the example code http://www.manning.com/books/crichardson
* See here for the benefits of using an ORM framework: http://www.javaranch.com
* See here for a discussion of POJOs versus JavaBeans: http://www.javaranch.com

In addition to increased productivity, another business benefit of using POJOs+lightweight frameworks is that you no longer need an EJB container and you might be able deploy your application in a simpler and/or cheap web container-only server such as Tomcat or Jetty.

I hope this helps.
