Does Hibernate support DB Cascade ?

DB Cascade? Do you mean Cascade Deletes? Yes, it can do cascade deletes. By default it does not, but you just add a tag in the XML that sets it to true.

6.2. Collection mappings
"map" element attribute "cascade":

This means that you can make the application responsible for the cascade rather than specifying it on the DB table level (e.g. ON DELETE CASCADE) within the database itself.
