I am note sure about book but atleat you can kick-off by this pdf
http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/v3/reference/en/pdf/hibernate_reference.pdf
But, I think you can consider this book
Hibernate in Action
. This book is written by Gavin King (Man behind Hibernate)
