Where can I download a production release of standalone JPA implementation to work w/ Oracle 10g? I only saw Toplink-JPA implementation, but it is
not in production.

When in doubt, Apache.org is always worth checking out. I think the project you're looking for is called OpenJPA and it's being worked on by members of the BEA/Kodo JDO team and objectweb.org. Not in production yet, but it's been coming along nicely.

If that doesn't suit, JPOX is an open-source JDO implementation that's been around a while. Also, there's been a lot of good stuff done for Hibernate. I used a blend of OpenJPA and Hibernate for my last model project.
