1 Read Uncommitted Dirty, nonrepeatable, and phantom reads
2 Read Committed Nonrepeatable reads and phantom reads
4 Repeatable Read Phantom reads are permitted.
8 Serializable The rule must be obeyed absolutely.

What does dirty, phantom reads mean? Please help guys!
