Hibernate is an ORM technology; it can be used by multiple types of clients: session EJBs, MDBs, web apps, desktop apps, WS etc.

Is the decision you're facing between session beans and message-driven beans?

iam facing this problem in session EJB's only.

whether to go for EJB's or Hibernate ?

I know Websphere supports MQ series if i use hibernate instead of hibernate will it effect the performance of the application..

What would you use instead of Hibernate? Neither session beans nor message-driven beans are an alternative to Hibernate; entity beans are. So a valid question would be whether to use Hibernate or entity beans.

Can you elaborate on the decision you're trying to make? It sounds as if you're a bit confused about the technologies involved.
