I am trying to get auth_token- it errors out:
AuthToken authToken = uddi.get_authToken( "id", "pwd" );
[SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Error opening socket: null; targetException=java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error opening socket: null]
I have setup ssl etc- the id/pwd are correct on the IBM uddi test registry.
TIA
Sanjay

Sridhar,
Thanks,
I do have jsse.jar in my class path and my code incl:
System.setProperty("java.protocol.handler.pkgs", "com.sun.net.ssl.internal.www.protocol");
java.security.Security.addProvider(new com.sun.net.ssl.internal.ssl.Provider());
AuthToken token = proxy.get_authToken("uddiid", "uddipwd");
TIA
Sanjay

One way to test if you have SSL working properly by opening a URLConnection with any HTTPS website.

Yes- I can not open a URL connection to a https site using Java. Some tunnelling/proxy issues are invloved. I am still struggling to resolve it.
