Doeas apache axis or SOAP has support for Java EJB's. If it is please send me useful links

I think the Apache SOAP 2.2 release has a sample that uses EJBs. There should also be some material on using SOAP with EJB in the FAQ at xml.apache.org.

yes you can very well use apache/soap with ejb's
on the backend
you need an appserver though to host it
many free app-servers do support apache/soap
RPC-router servlet can be an entry point to access your enterprise beans on the app-server
