Hi all,
I'm using Apache SOAP and VISUAL AGE FOR JAVA test environment(WTE). I have deployed a service and I'm trying to access it thru a java client.
I have an error which says NoClassDefFoundException at SOAPMappingRegistry class. But I have imported the whole package, import org.apache.soap.encoding.*;
I'm not sure why i have this exception.
Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks,
Madhu

This might be due to inner class problem.VisualAge doesn't support inner class fully.

That's a statement based on a VERY old version of VisualAge for Java. VAJ has fully supported inner classes since Version 3.5.

By import do you mean that you brought all of the package's classes into the VAJ environment? Or simply that you added an import statement into your class...

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
