Does anyone know of any site or resource that is tracking industry adoption of the use of web services or just SOAP services in EAI? Is it still too green to consider?

Thanks Bill. But I need information on IT using web services for EAI. I know IBM and Tibco both have some offerings in that area but I don't know of statistics concerning who is using web services in EAI.

It really is hard to tell the extent to which serious applications are being implemented as web services. Especially with in-house applications where such services constitute a competitive advantage. Have you tried some of the professional journals?

This article stresses that in-house applications will be the most important in the near term.

Thanks. I also found a company that does EAI with web services and lists their customers. It's pretty impressive
