I am a new man for soap . How can I get some basic meterails about soap ? thanks alot.

To learn basic concept visit www.w3schools.com and click SOAP tutorial,then read the W3 Soap spec,then download Apache axis or IBM Toolkit to learn soap programming.
Apache axis got very good documentation and examples to get to started.Download it and see.
