JWSDP vs. WebLogic 7.0

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
I do not know how to select the platform for web service development, by which one I should use to do Web service development?
JWSDP is a reference implementation from SUN, WebLogic 7.0 is real product. but WebLogic7.0 seems not using the latest APIs which are recently developed, used in JWSDP.
I just worry about that there will be some rework when Weblogic7.0 got upgraded later on if I use it for the current development. as We known that Web services deployed in WebLogic6.1 must upgraded before they could run in Webloic7.0
