Hi,
What's the difference between SOAP services built uisng MS Soap & Java Soap.
Is Interoperability possible between services developed using these technologies?
If yes, how?

So far, Apache AXIS and the WebSphere SDK for Web Services allow primitive types to be exchanged easily with .NET clients. Likewise for Java Clients consuming .NET web services. Troubles lie in the encoding of custom types defined on both platforms. Check out this article from IBM: http://www7b.software.ibm.com/wsdd/techjournal/0204_wosnick/wosnick.html
Hope this helps.
