I would think all you can do is post your UDDI and information about your Web service, also post a downloadable client, possibly. For JAXM, anyway, the server listens on a different port from that of a Web server.

Remember to get the correct library file with required revision. Newer or Older revision make it does not work.

Hi Pal,
Web Services can be implemented on Tomcat only with the help of Apache Axis, (3rd generation implementation of SOAP).

Refer the above link, installing axis on tomcat is pretty easy and we can easily develop webservices compared to JWSDP which is tough except for the fact that they provide more tools to make things easier. Try the above link to learn more abt webservices on tomcat. Axis can be deployed as a webapp application in tomcat.
