hi i am accessing dot net web service from java client using jax rpc dii .
my dot net web service has a method which reeturn an int and it takes no parameters .
when i run my code i am getting following error :
unexpected encoding style: expected=, actual= at com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.SOAPDeserializationContext.verifyEncodingStyle(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.ObjectSerializerBase.deserialize(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.ReferenceableSerializerImpl.deserialize(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.dii.CallInvokerImpl._readFirstBodyElement(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.StreamingSender._send(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.dii.CallInvokerImpl.doInvoke(
at com.sun.xml.rpc.client.dii.BasicCall.invoke(
at dpclient.main(
From the error above it seems that dot net web service does not encode response as required by jax rpc dii .
any help on this appreciated !!
