No. The book focussed to Java Web services APIs defined by JCP particularly Sun JWSDP.
WSIF is an IBM Alphaworks project (discontinued) and it is donated to Apache. Current it does not follow any API specs defined by JCP.

There is very few information on this book on the Amazon site (2 pages). Can you post here the book TOC, and give us an idea on more general scopes treated (UDDI...). Thanks.

I second that. I already have a couple of WS books (although the other one is kind of useless...) so I'm quite selective about subsequent titles on Web Services. The TOC (as detailed as possible) would be great.
