Sorry for my newbie-ness as it relates to web services but does UDDI.org provide any valuable content to me as a developer? It appears to be more of the specification home similar to the W3C site for HTML.

Interesting Web site..I heard them couple of months ago...but they sound more promoting more M$ .NET technologies....
If you want some real unbiased Web services information, you may take a look "webservices.org".
