I'm looking for a tool to test WS. The tool will be used by our QA so UI is a requirement. We didn't start testing yet so I have no idea what else except for UI may be asked.

If the QA personnel are geeks, this Eclipse plugin could be an option. It gives you the following UI:
  • Web Service URL: the location of the WSDL file describing the service
  • Input message: A text box for writing the raw SOAP envelope you want to send
  • Output message: This text box is filled with the return value when you click "execute"

If you only need basic UI, then maybe NetTool can be a good option for you.
I think it is not really different from the Eclipse plugin Lasse mentioned. IMHO, the main advantage of Nettool is that it is written in Java and thus can be installed anywhere (write once...run anywhere.. remember ), and there is no prerequisites but a JVM

SOAP UI is the best tool.

But I am worried, it doest not support ws-security attachment in the header ..If anybody know any such tool, open source ofcourse.
