RSS to HTML

Does anyone know of an Open Source RSS to HTML library? Or do we mostly have to create this on our own?

You could download JERSS, which is GPL'd. The codebase itself consists of 4 Java source files and based on a quick glance inside, JERSS supports RSS 0.91 and RSS 1.0.

Oh yeah, you could also download almost any blogging software from sourceforge -- most of them support RSS feeds and at least one of them has to have some kind of a parsing utility...

Thanks, but I needed a library that I can use in my Web App. I don't need to keep track of personal news.
