Please can someone tell me how i could create a web service client, to acces a service published in a uddi registry. Please define the steps. I would be more grateful if u could give me a little bit of code as to how i should do it.
Thanx in advance.

Well, there are two main steps:
1) Locating the WSDL document for the web service, and
2) Generating the (Java) client code from that WSDL document.
Number 1 is easy as long as you don't need to locate the WSDL programmatically/dynamically. Just use the UDDI registry's browser, find the service you want to use, and copy-paste the WSDL document's URL somewhere. With the WSDL document, you can automatically generate the client code for accessing that web service. Most tools can fetch the WSDL document over the network, but you might want to fetch the WSDL document to a local disk just in case...
Number 2 is also easy. Just use WSDL2Java (Axis, see the user's guide) or whatever your web service engine/IDE provides (they all provide some way, be it WSDL2Java or a proprietary tool).
