I have axis server,
in user documentation the statement is
----------------
Appendix : Using the Axis TCP Monitor (tcpmon)
The included "tcpmon" utility can be found in the org.apache.axis.utils package. To run it from the command line:

% java org.apache.axis.utils.tcpmon [listenPort targetHost targetPort]
-------------

in above what is listenPort? How can I know tcpmon is listening at which port? I enabled soap monitor by executing the standard procedure.

listen port can be anything. say you have deployed an web service out of java bean / ejb on localhost:8080 then you may need change the port (may be in stubs if client is stub based approached or DII approach) in the client to (say) 8090 and all your client requeststo 8090 are routed to 8080 which is your target port.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
