How to write a SOAP client ?

The WSDL file is below. As we know, Web service clients can learn from the service element where to access the service.

But how to write a java SOAP client ? What is "QName qname" value ?

Thanks

The Axis SOAP engine comes with a tool called "wsdl2java", which takes a WSDL description and generates Java classes that you can use as basis for your client. This tool can either be run from the command line or as an Ant task, and the resulting classes can be used whether the web service is implemented using Axis or not. Some introductory articles are linked from the Web Services FAQ.
