Toll for generating a WSDL and stubs

I have a Java Object which I wish to make into a webservice. Is it possible to use the eclipse ID to generate this. Is there a simple step by step guide on the net that I can follow. Or will I need to download another tool.

I don't know about Eclipse integration, but Axis comes with two documented tools that help with this.
