Hello Kavita-

While it may be convenient to use words like "plz" and "soln" in a text message, in a discussion forum like this it is really not appropriate. There are many readers here for whom English is not the native language, and who can't understand what these mean. Please UseRealWords. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Tip1: Make sure you use latest jar files from Axis, latest xml parsers likes xercers etc.,

Tip2: See what the Axis validation page(locahost:8080/<axis>/happyaxis.jsp) says ??

Tip3: Can you send and receive simple soap messages? say a echo method etc.,

then, its make sure that your software setup is right which can lead you to next step.

For one Axis installs an EchoHeaders JWS which you can access straight from the browser Test a JWS Endpoint
If you have a standard local Tomcat/Axis installation this should work from any browser

http://localhost:8080/axis/EchoHeaders.jws?method=list

(otherwise simply replace the servername and port address - of course this will only work if nobody has removed EchoHeaders.jws)

Further more the Axis User's Guide has an example of a quick echo service:
