difference betweeen xml and ebXML  RSS feed

while developing web services ,we are using ebXML, right. In which situation we need to use ebXML and in which situation we need to use XML while developing web services.

You don't have to use ebXML standards (Understanding ebXML) when building an XML-based web service. XML-based web services will always use XML to transport data. So XML is fundamental XML-based web services. ebXML uses XML. J2EE decided not to go the ebXML route - that's why J2EE uses UDDI registries rather than ebXML registries.
