Passing Security Header running client outside of RAD  RSS feed

I have a web client that has the security token set in the deployment descriptor. This works fine when running in the RAD ide. However, when running the application as a standalone, the security token is not included in the header. What am I doing wrong?

I did not further research on this. My main use was for Sun java server which allowed me to have standalone lcient.
