theres a forum specifically for the certification here
https://coderanch.com/forums/f-80/java-Web-Services-SCDJWS

there is no specific book that I know of for the certification but read through the posts in the certificationi forum to get some advice,
e.g.

Hi Damera

'J2EE WebServices by Richard Monson-Haefel (RMH)' is a good book to start with.

Cheers
