Hello!
I have a web service deployed on WAS 6.1 and Dynamic Web Project Client also deployed on the same server. Both projects are developed by auther of one article referring WS Security. So when I try to use my client to invoke web service through SSL transport everything goes clearly, but when I change client bindings to invoke web service through unsecured port (9080) I get an exception:
Error: Exception: java.io.IOException: SRVE0080E: invalid content length
Obviosly WAS Global security configured properly. In other case client won't be able to invoke web service. I use Rational Software Architect 7.0.0.1 in all my investigations.
In addition, I try to do the same experiment on the other stand with almost the same configuration, and it works CLEARLY!
The quastions become:
What is different between secured and unsecured invoking concerning descriptors and WAS settings?
And is there any way to get plain info in TCP monitor configured to SSL? (I get only an unreadable text)
