Hi

Web Service can be accessed by any client(java or non-java). If it is non-java, how about the request/response parameters are considered for a non-java client.

All webservices messages are passed in a platform neutral manner ie. as SOAP messages. You will have to use the client specific tools to generate stubs for the WSDL file. The generated classes will contain all your request/response objects which can be used for communication.
