Problem with @WebServiceRef

Hello, i have a problem with my web service client.
I am using netbeans and i create a web service. when i call it with

@WebServiceRef(wsdlLocation = "http://localhost:8080/Complex/ComplexService?wsdl")
public ComplexService service;

public ComplexService service; says that cannot find symbol.
Also the same error i have with the netbeans samples.
Do you have any ideas?
