Are there any other MIDP compliant emulation environments available to test my applications?

By emulation environemts , do you mean Emulators ?
You have wirless development kit ( Beta Release ) From sun. then , you have iDen Development kit from Motorola. you have PALM emulator ( pose ). But , it is not for midp. I don't know abot the developement kits of Ericsson & nokia. If you can find out about that & support for j2me ( with midlets ) is there or not, the n it will great help.
Another thing , codewarrior ( metrowerks ) have come up with j2me support. Just check if they emulator enviroment.
I hope this is helpful.
SHAILESH.

Go to http://java.sun.com/products/midp and from there you can download the MIDP reference implementation that includes a cellphone emulator. Motorola also has an SDK with their own emulator, see http://www.idendev.com to download it.
