I just got off the phone with someone from Handspring in regards to upgrading the Palm OS on their Visor line of handhelds. I was told that all of the Visor products do not support flash upgrading of the Palm OS. In clarifying this with the salesperson, I was told the only way I could ever upgrade the Palm OS on a Visor product is to buy a new one (with the OS I was looking for).
Just thought I would pass this on to everyone. I am currently deciding between Palm and Handspring PDAs, but I think this helped me make up my mind (in favor of Palm). I like the add-on modules offered by Handspring, but knowing that I could never upgrade the OS is a major drawback for me.

Wow! That is news!
Thanks for letting us know. It might sound really bad, but I forgot to even ask about that when I bought mine.
Thanks,
Matt
