WAP browser and J2ME  RSS feed

Hello,
I have read that J2ME can integrated with the WAP browsers to allow unloading Java applications from WAP places.
Is it true?

Sure, that's possible, but it's up to the device vendor to build in that kind of functionality. The MIDP specifies that HTTP must be available, which means a device could use HTTP to download a JAR file containing MIDlets, and that the HTTP could be done using WAP as the transport layer.....
