no device - can still program wireless?

I don't have a Palm Pilot or PDA. Do the wireless device IDEs support development and testing in an NT and/or Windows 2000 environment?

You need to download the palm emulator from http://www.palm.com or the Wireless toolkit from http://java.un.com/j2me you may need the Forte IDE for this one. Both work in W2k and NT4 I have used both without problems.
