Basically....
Bluetooth wireless technology is a de facto standard, as well as a specification for small-form factor, low-cost, short range radio links between mobile PCs, mobile phones and other portable devices.
J2ME is an API that is used to create small memory foot print JAVA applications that can run on devices with small memory capacity.
WAP is a protocol that is used to provide what we see with HTTP and web sites on devices such as mobile phones.
