Hi,
When I am using ChoiceGroup in a midlet I am getting this error message.

error: File G:\jdk1.3\jre\lib\ext\Pack1.jar(Choice.class) does not contain type Choice as expected, but type Pack1.Choice. Please remove the file, or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the class path.
G:\J2MEWTK\apps\FormTest2\src\FormTest2.java:20: Class Choice not found.
mainscreen.append(new ChoiceGroup("Gauge option",Choice.EXCLUSIVE,
^
G:\J2MEWTK\apps\FormTest2\src\FormTest2.java:20: Undefined variable or class name: Choice
mainscreen.append(new ChoiceGroup("Gauge option",Choice.EXCLUSIVE,
Can anybody explain What shall I do for running this midlet?
Thanks
Jyothi

Hello ,
Try ChoiceGroup.EXCLUSIVE instead of Choice.EXCLUSIVE
Manoj

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
