Sun web based course for J2ME

How good is Sun't web based course for learning J2ME? What is the procedure? Has anyone done a similar course from Sun?
Especially, I would like to know if I need to complete it in continuous 90 days (the duration of the course) once I start it? can I miss a session and/or take it again?
Can someone help me?
