Hello!
You can send SMS messages via Java using SMProLib.
Please, take a look at http://www.unipro.ru/mobiles/smlib.html
I have tried it and it works fine

You can create and run the mobile (SMS) service. The system has a web interface with public access. Integration with Web application is supported.
